250ml - milk 90g - chocolate 200ml - coffee (espresso)

whipped cream 33-35%

Pour milk into a saucepan, add chocolate pieces and put on fire. Bring to a boil while whisking and let simmer for a minute. Fill a transparent glass with a leg 1/3 with a mixture of chocolate and milk. Make espresso, or brew strong Turkish coffee, or very, very strong instant coffee. Gently fill the second third of the glass with coffee. To make the layers even, pour coffee along the blade of a knife or along the outside of a spoon. The third layer is whipped cream. You can grate chocolate on top if you like.
