Today, disposable coffee packages with various innovations are increasingly appearing. One of the latest innovations allows you to fold the packaging inside out and use it to stir your favorite drink.
Its author was the Korean designer Jaeyong Lee, who gave his concept the name Coffinger, made up of two words: coffee and finger (coffee and finger). In the not very fresh idea of stirring coffee with a package from under it, he managed to introduce the effect of novelty, which resulted in the involvement of the coffee lover's finger in this process.
The concept has a step-by-step instruction, according to which a strip is first torn off from a wider part of a one-time package. Then the coffee is poured into a pre-prepared container and a finger is inserted into a special niche located in the narrow part. With the help of the other hand, the package is turned inside out, forming a “finger pad” for stirring the coffee.
Coffinger comes into contact with the drink with its clean inside, as the designer took into account all the environmental and hygienic aspects of the product when developing the concept.
