Try this delicious coffee recipe. Delicate foam of chocolate mocha perfectly emphasizes the taste of strong coffee. This recipe is quite easy to prepare and does not require complex ingredients.
Recipe for 2 servings
Ingredients for coffee drink:
Fresh strong black coffee 100 grams.
Milk 200 grams.
We take 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.
Whipped cream - 2 tablespoons.
Chocolate (black or milk - to taste) 30 grams.
Ground nutmeg 2 pinches.
Cinnamon 1/2 stick.
Sugar to taste.
Cooking technology:
Half a glass of milk should be gradually brought to a boil over low heat. Add pieces of chocolate (previously broken into pieces) and vanilla sugar. Heat the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted.
Mix coffee with the remaining half glass of milk. Then add the chocolate-milk mixture and sugar.
Beat with a whisk and a mixer until a fluffy foam appears.
Pour coffee into cups, carefully spread whipped cream on top. Add cinnamon stick and sprinkle with nutmeg. We serve to the table.
