Coffee butter can help you lose weight

Macchiato, latte, cappuccino - with so many types of coffee, you can not think of a new kind. But, "butter-coffee" is becoming more and more popular. A double espresso with thick foam, a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of coconut oil sounds a little strange, but already in America and in the UK it has become quite famous.

Recent studies have shown that fat is better than sugar, especially when it comes to weight.

Fat Coffee is now available at several locations in London and is also easy to make at home. Some fans drink it instead of breakfast. They say that the combination of ingredients makes the morning more perfect, while at the same time providing energy, improving concentration, burning calories and keeping you feeling full.

This rich drink was developed by American entrepreneur Dave Asprey, who drank butter tea on a trip to Tibet. That's how the idea came about to create a similar low-carb, high-fat drink that he claims protects against fatigue and some chronic diseases, as well as allowing weight loss. Whoever drinks this drink in the morning stays full until the afternoon.

Butter Coffee is made from organic coffee, salt-free butter (taken mostly from cows' milk) and organic coconut oil. When mixing these ingredients, coffee with foam and coconut aroma is obtained. Many nutritionists already use and support this diet, and experts say that coffee oil is good for weight loss.
