All professionals involved in the production of coffee and tea gathered in Moscow from 12 to 14 September, where the first United Coffee & Tea Industry Event took place at the Expocentre Fairgrounds.
It was organized by the international coffee and tea exhibition and conference UCTIE, which is a platform for representatives of the full production cycle from beans and leaves to a cup of finished drink. High-class specialists who came to Moscow from Russia and different parts of the world held 40 master classes as part of a business event. The exhibition stands presented the products of 85 international companies.
The format of the event was quite diverse and, in addition to the Coffee Forum and the Tea Symposium, it offered interactive zones. They could see how delicious drinks are prepared from the best varieties of tea and coffee and try any of them.
Not without competitions, within the framework of which the Championships in the preparation of tea and coffee were held. And if the participants of the Tea Championship fought each for themselves, in the Coffee Championship the right of the winner was contested by entire teams. The event, which proved to be very successful, will continue its development next year.
