Few people are surprised by the tradition of giving service personnel a trifle "for a tip" now. Everyone knows what a “tip” is, although not everyone leaves them. But along with tips, another tradition appeared in Italy a long time ago - to pay not only for your own cup of coffee, but also for another one - which a poor passer-by can drink.
