Dough Ingredients:
4 egg yolks,
120 g honey
4 table spoons of orange juice,
grated rind of 1 lemon,
4 egg whites
140 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder. For cream:
1 egg yolk
, 75 g honey,
200 g of dietary cottage cheese,
4 table spoons of orange juice,
200 ml cream (33%). For decoration:
2 oranges
250 ml orange juice
1 bag of cake jelly
1 teaspoon honey.
Mix the yolks with honey, juice and zest. Beat in a warm water bath. Beat the whites. Sift flour with baking powder, mix with yolks and whites. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees ~ 30 minutes.
For the cream, mix the yolk with honey. Add cottage cheese with juice. Whip the cream and add to the cream. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut the cake horizontally in half, cover the bottom cake with half of the cream, cover with the second cake and lay out the remaining cream. Peel the oranges, cut into slices, put on the cake.
Mix the juice with honey and jelly for the cake (Cook as described on the package). Pour the cake and let it harden.
