Pancake chocolate cake

Pancake chocolate cake is a great dish to treat guests to Maslenitsa. Spectacular and hearty dish for your holiday table

Ingredients: Dough for pancakes: Egg - 5 pcs Flour - 300 gr Cream - 100 ml Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoon Milk - 200 ml Salt - a pinch

Sugar - 2 tbsp

Chocolate cream: Cream 30 % - 200ml Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons (to taste)

Rum essence - 1 teaspoon

Classic custard
White chocolate 100g

Preparation: Dough: Mix the ingredients for the dough in a blender. The consistency should be like heavy cream. Bake pancakes. (Number of pancakes depends on the size of the pan. I made 14.) Chocolate cream (used between pancakes): Whip the cream in the mixer bowl at high speed. Gradually add sugar. powder. Pour in cocoa powder, add rum essence (do not turn the cream into butter). Cream (for the top layer and sides of the cake): Prepare a regular custard, melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and add to the cooled cream.

Spread each layer with chocolate cream, the top pancake and the edges of the cake with custard. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
