Dark chocolate brownie with cherries is a great cake for Christmas

Ingredients:

2 eggs 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar) 120 g butter 250 g dark chocolate (min 75 % cocoa) 120 ml flour 1 tsp baking powder 150g sugar

240 ml chopped cherries (canned)

Melt chocolate in a water bath and mix with melted butter Soak cherries in rum (syrup, brandy, juice) and cut into pieces Beat eggs with sugar until white, add vanilla Add butter with chocolate, mix gently Sift flour mixed with baking powder and add cherries into the dough Thoroughly but gently (from bottom to top) mix and pour the dough into a 22 * 22 cm mold Line the bottom of the mold with paper

Bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 C for 25-30 minutes. (until done) Don't need more or the brownie will turn out dry. We leave the form in the oven and wait for it to cool completely. Sprinkle the cooled brownie with cocoa or powdered sugar.
