Brownie with nuts

Another option for making a delicious brownie pie. Cooking and enjoying the taste

Ingredients:

110 g butter 130 g chocolate 200 g sugar 3 eggs

0.5 gr. vanillin

a pinch of salt

100 g flour

For glaze:

40 g butter 40 g sugar 1 tbsp. brandy or cognac 100 g powdered sugar

50 g walnuts

I copy the words of the author: Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over low heat in a saucepan along with butter. Remove from heat, mix well, add sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and flour. Mix until smooth.

We lay out the form with foil and grease with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into it and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the match comes out of the cake almost dry.

Take the brownies out of the oven and cool.

While the crust is cooling, prepare the frosting. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar. The mixture should bubble up. Remove it from the heat, pour in the cognac and beat in the powdered sugar.

Using a spatula, spread a slightly warm cake with an even layer of glaze and sprinkle with coarsely chopped nuts. Let the glaze dry.
Cut into serving pieces.
