Iced Tea Carambola

To prepare the Carambola iced tea recipe, we need to put slices of Carambola on the tray and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon. Fill with cold water and put in the freezer for 6 hours.

Mix the tea leaves, mint and sugar in a large heat-resistant bowl and pour boiling water over. We leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Pass through a fine sieve into a large pitcher and add the remaining lemon juice. We leave for half an hour.

Pour tea into tall glasses. Add carambola and ice cubes.

Carambola iced tea is ready.
