Recipe for refreshing tea with mint and bergamot:
Prepare a liter of strong freshly brewed black or green tea according to your taste. Let the tea cool, then pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze. Chop ice into small crumbs using a blender. Squeeze freshly squeezed lemon juice from lemons. Mix lemon juice with sugar. Pour the resulting mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until a homogeneous mass (syrup) is obtained. Let the syrup cool. Put the ice into ice cream bowls and pour over the already cooled sweet lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped mint leaves on top and serve. Happy tea!
