Ingredients
apples - three pieces walnuts - 30 grams cottage cheese - 50 grams butter - one teaspoon egg yolk - one piece sour cream - two tablespoons sugar - two teaspoons powdered sugar - one teaspoon
vegetable oil - for lubrication
Cooking method
Wash the apples, dry them and cut off the top of each apple. Using a sharp knife, remove the core with seeds and pulp from apples.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with egg yolk, sugar and butter. We mix everything well.
Grind walnut kernels. Add the nuts to the curd mass and mix well. Stuff the apples with the prepared filling, cover with cut caps, put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until soft.
Then we take the apples out of the oven, cool them, put them on a dish, pour over the sour cream and serve with powdered sugar on the table.
