Making ginger tea is easy, there are several ways to do it:
- — Ginger (30 gr.) insist in a glass of hot water for half an hour, drink 15-20 minutes before meals. Tincture stimulates the secretory activity of the walls of the stomach and contributes to the production of a sufficient amount of juice, which leads to an acceleration of the process of digestion of food;
- - Mix ginger and garlic, in the amount of 10g. each, and insist in a thermos for 15 minutes. Consume before meals to improve metabolism;
- - Boil ginger rings 300 grams of water for 15 minutes over low heat, then add a little lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey to the cooled broth. Drink before every meal.
Ginger can also be infused in alcohol-containing liquids, for example, in vodka, whiskey or cognac. It is not recommended to use ginger weight loss products for people suffering from cancer, cirrhosis, hemorrhoids, etc. The amount of tea with ginger is considered normal not exceeding 2 liters per day.
