Lemon cake with pear slices is a wonderful dessert for tea. The most delicate cake with lemon flavor and pieces of sweet pear diversifies your tea drinking.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
300 g sugar
300 g butter
300 gummies
2-3 teaspoons of baking powder
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
2 sweet pears
Melt the butter in a water bath. Let the melted butter cool down. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add oil. Beat well. Add the lemon zest to the mixture. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour into the lemon-pear cake batter. Mix flour and baking powder. Add to cake batter. We take pears. Cut the pear into thin slices. Carefully fold the pear slices into the batter. Line a baking dish with baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the lemon-pear cake for about 30-35 minutes at a constant temperature of 180 degrees.
