If you are planning a children's holiday, then we advise you to cook this original cake. Cute hedgehogs will appeal to all kids without exception and will bring them great joy. To prepare this fun cake, you do not need to buy complex ingredients - everything you need can be found in the nearest store.
So the ingredients are:
- 300g. vanilla crackers (preferably without raisins) - 0.5 cups of sugar
- 200 g butter
- 200 ml. milk
- any butter cream according to your favorite recipe
- decorative beads for decoration
Cooking:
We pass vanilla sweet croutons through a meat grinder. Mix thoroughly with butter. Add sugar to the resulting mass. Combine milk and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. We mix both masses. Mix everything well. We remove for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. From the resulting mass, form cakes in the form of hedgehogs with your hands. We make needles. Prepare butter cream with cocoa and a small confectionery syringe, carefully lay the “needles” on the back of the hedgehogs. We put beady eyes on the muzzles of hedgehogs. Baby cakes are ready. Before serving, it is better to hold in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the cream does not spread.
