1 st. Kefir 0.5 tbsp. Refined oil 1 sachet of vanillin 2 tbsp. Sugar 1 tsp Salt 11 gr. (1 sachet) dry yeast 3 tbsp. Flour Mix kefir with butter, heat until warm, add sugar and salt. Mix. Combine flour (be sure to sift) with yeast and vanilla, add to kefir with butter. Knead the dough. Put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5-1 cm, grease the surface with refined butter, sprinkle with sugar and small pieces of chocolate. Roll up tightly and cut into rounds. Put on a porter, brush with egg yolk. Bake in an oven preheated to 160-170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Lubricate the surface of the finished buns with sugar syrup (100 gr. Sugar + 50 gr. Bring water to a boil, stirring constantly).
