Spiced tea with cognac

This tea is the best way to warm up after the autumn dank dampness and increase immunity, not giving a cold the slightest chance.

For two servings of tea you will need: - 140 ml. strong brewing of black (or red) tea - zest from half a lemon - 200 ml. natural orange juice without sugar - 2 pinches of grated nutmeg - 3 tbsp. cognac

- sugar to taste

In a small enamel or glass bowl, mix the tea leaves, orange juice and lemon zest. Heat the mixture over low heat until foam appears on the surface, but do not boil (!). Strain hot tea, pour into warmed cups. Add a pinch of nutmeg to each mug, 1.5 tbsp. cognac and sugar. Drink hot.
