Ingredients
200 g pumpkin,
12 st. flour,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp vanilla,
1 tsp soda,
12 tsp ground nutmeg,
12 st. Sahara,
12 st. chopped nuts,
1 tsp gelatin,
3 eggs,
50 g candied oranges,
100 g cottage cheese,
13 art. powdered sugar.
Grind the pumpkin in a blender, add flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg to the resulting puree. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla. Combine with pumpkin mass. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the nuts. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cover the baked cake with a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Dissolve gelatin in 1 teaspoon of water. Beat cottage cheese with powdered sugar. Add gelatin and candied fruit.
Put the cake on the table, grease with curd cream, roll up and refrigerate for 2 hours.
