Chocolate hazelnut cake

Ingredients:

cocoa powder 3 tbsp

butter 150 grams sugar 150 grams chocolate 100 grams almond essence 1 tsp.

1.5 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp chocolate milk liqueur 4 eggs flour 100 grams a pinch of salt any nuts (a handful) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the baking molds in it, after brushing them with butter. Now you need to melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add sugar and cocoa powder. It's good to grind everything. Then add almond essence, liqueur and stir. Separately, beat the yolks into a foam and separately the whites into a strong foam. Gently fold whites and yolks into the chocolate mass. Add flour, salt and nuts.

Pour the resulting chocolate mixture into prepared molds and bake for about 30 minutes.
