Ingredients
Glaze :
1 glass of milk
5 tbsp cocoa
half a glass of sugar
Dough:
125g butter
4 eggs
100g sugar
150 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder (10 g)
Prepare chocolate frosting. Pour milk into a saucepan, add cocoa. Bring to a boil and add sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Approximately 5 minutes after boiling.
Separate the yolks from the eggs, add butter and sugar. Grind. Add half of the resulting glaze. Beat the whites with a mixer until foamy and pour into the mass. Add flour and baking powder. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Line a rice bowl with cling film. Pour in the dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in a double boiler. Boil 40-45 minutes
After cooking, cool the cake and pour over the remaining glaze. Bon appetit.
