To prepare the pie, you need to: sift the flour together with the baking powder through a sieve into a bowl and add the diced butter there. Next, the consistency should be rubbed with your hands until a liquid crumb appears. Then add sour cream and quickly knead not tight dough (slightly weaker than for rolling out). It is not recommended to knead the dough for a long time, as it can become tough. Next, you need to form the dough into a ball, wrap wrap it in cling film or a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator. The dough should be chilled for approximately 30 minutes. This time can be used for further preparation of the pie.

There is time to prepare the filling:

To do this, beat sour cream with an egg, flour and sugar, preferably vanilla (or just add a little vanilla), until the sugar is completely dissolved, and beat until lumps are broken. Then mix everything well again. The mixture should be homogeneous and in consistency between batter and cream.

Peel apples with a knife, cut into quarters and cut out the cores. Next, cut the apples into slices, preferably thin, they are soaked and sintered better. Next, pour the juice of half a lemon and mix so that the apples do not darken prematurely.

Next, you need to remove the dough from the refrigerator, unfold it and put it in a well-greased form with fat so that you get sides. Depending on the diameter of the form, the sides can be of different heights. A larger diameter of the form - the sides are lower, a smaller diameter - more. The form may look different. It all depends on your imagination.

After that, put the apples evenly into the mold and pour the sour cream. Next, shake the mold slightly so that the cream spreads well over the apples and they are well saturated.
Put the mold in the oven, preheated to about 180 degrees Celsius, and bake for 45-50 minutes. After cooking, allow to cool slightly and remove from the mold. The pie can no longer be cooled, and served cold.
