Baked pears for dessert (in wine sauce)

Love pears? In particular, do you like to cook delicious desserts from them? And the dish is actually not only sweet, but also an excellent table decoration.

How to cook?

Initially, you need to prepare the oven: turn it on, warm it up to a temperature of 180 degrees.

Wash the pears with soap, then rinse with water and dry with a napkin. Each pear needs to be cut in half, removing the cores + seeds from them.

Prepare a saucepan, place on the stove. Set fire to medium power. Warm up. Put a piece of butter - twenty-five grams. The butter melted, "hissed". Put the pears, fry on both sides.

As soon as you see that our pears are browned, put them on the prepared baking sheet. The filled baking sheet must be placed in the oven. Bake, time: fifteen minutes.
The time has elapsed, remove the baking sheet from the oven, transfer the pears to a flat bowl.

Prepare a saucepan, put it on the stove, set the fire to minimum power. Pour in all the sugar. Heat until the sugar begins to crystallize. And then pour in the wine. Boil everything until the contents of the pan turn into a thick syrup. Add a piece of butter. Beat with a whisk, slowly and carefully. Should be a sauce.
