This pressed pu-erh is produced in Yunnan province. When brewed, an infusion of a rich maroon color with a very intense, bright taste is obtained.
Description
How to cook: Brew for 1-2 minutes at a water temperature of 70-80°C. 1 tsp tea leaves for 150 ml. water.
