Few of us once did not visit insomnia. She did not allow someone to fall asleep until the middle of the night, and she made someone turn in bed until the morning. Unfortunately, for many today, insomnia is a familiar phenomenon, like a headache, and a completely broken state in the morning.

Some in such a situation resort to the help of pills, and, often, gradually get used to swallowing them whole handfuls. The output is far from the best, although it is very common. However, traditional medicine experts recommend a course of fragrant herbal infusions as the best remedy for insomnia. Herbs that can give a person a healthy and sound sleep have been known for a long time, but the most common are mint, chamomile and lemon balm.

Herbalists always have these herbs at hand, but for each of us they can be found in any pharmacy. It is useful to add a spoonful of honey to brewed fragrant tea, which also has a calming effect. You can add fruits or berries, mix with black or green tea.

To prepare a tea that relieves insomnia, use a regular teapot for brewing. After rinsing it with boiling water, add a pinch of green or black tea, 3 teaspoons (with top) of fragrant herbs - mint, chamomile or lemon balm, and pour boiling water over the herbal mixture.

To keep the kettle warmer better, wrap it well. A few minutes - and the aromatic drink is ready. Don't forget to add honey. Now you can start a pleasant, fragrant tea drinking.
