Today I want to offer you a delicious dessert that will please not only you and your children, but your wonderful and beloved husbands will definitely like it! As you know, we all love sweets, and none of us are able to refuse a delicious and soft dessert after a good dinner. The good thing is that such a dessert is easy to prepare, and most importantly, quickly!

So, let's start cooking!

Ingredients:

To prepare charlotte we need:

  • 1/2 kg fresh strawberries
  • Kilogram of biscuits
  • 500-600 grams of well-mashed cottage cheese
  • 50-70 grams almonds or other nuts, you can also use coconut
  • 150-200 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of gelatin
  • A glass of heavy cream
  • 100 grams of liqueur, cognac or rum
  • Vanillin

Cooking method:

Consider the preparation of charlotte according to our recipe, although there is also such rud.ua/ua/consumer/recept-sharlotki-s-jablokami. Take any container for soaking gelatin. Soak gelatin in cold water for greater swelling. Pour 100 grams of water into another container, pour 150-200 grams of sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from fire. It is necessary to squeeze out the swollen gelatin and add it to the sugar syrup, mix thoroughly. Leave the resulting mixture on the windowsill so that it cools to room temperature.

Meanwhile, dilute the liquor (or other alcohol) with the same amount of water. Take any form or baking sheet with high edges (sides). Slowly dip the cookies into the alcohol mixture, gradually spreading the liver soaked in liquor to the bottom of the mold. You should also fill with cookies and bumpers.

Take 250-300 grams of fresh strawberries and finely chop the berries. Cool the cream well, and then beat well until a homogeneous viscous mass is obtained. Mix cottage cheese with grated nuts and gelatin. Add vanilla to taste. Gradually pour 200-250 grams of cream into the resulting mixture. Add strawberries (reserve some for garnish). Fill the entire charlotte with this filling, put the remaining cookies on top (you can pre-grind).

Put a dish with any load on top. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, you can safely remove the charlotte from the mold. Top the dessert with fresh strawberries and the remaining whipped cream. Top with fresh green mint leaves. It will be very tasty!
