Ingredients:
- Powdered gelatin - 4 teaspoons; - Sugar - 60 g; - Green tea (ground) - 1 teaspoon; - Fresh peppermint - 12 petals; - Lemon mint - 1 sprig; - Kiwi - 1 pc;

Step by step recipe:
1) Soak gelatin in cold water and wait until it swells. 2) Heat the gelatin in the microwave a little to make it lukewarm and strain. 3) Mix sugar with green tea. 4) Boil half a liter of water in a saucepan. 5) Remove the saucepan from the heat and put the peppermint and lemon mint in it for two minutes. 6) Next, you need to strain the liquid and add it to the tea mixture, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. 7) Now strain again and add gelatin.
Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 25 minutes.
9) After 25 minutes, take out our jelly and beat it with a mixer, then pour the dessert into portioned bowls and put it in the refrigerator.
10) When the jelly is already half-hardened, decorate it with sliced kiwi slices, pour lemon juice over it and put it in the refrigerator until completely solidified. Bon appetit!
