Let's make a wonderful meringue and mango dessert. This is a very easy recipe to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients.

Ingredients:

6 proteins

280 grams sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

30 grams coconut flakes

400 grams of heavy cream

100 grams of powdered sugar

Zest and juice of one orange

2 mangoes

Cooking

Line a baking sheet with baking paper

Preheat the oven to 130 degrees. Beats 6 proteins with 280 grams of sugar. Gradually add starch. We divide the mass into three parts. Form on a baking sheet 3 rectangles from this mass

Sprinkle one with coconut flakes. Bake one hour.

Mix the prepared cream with the juice and zest of one orange

Cut the mango into cubes.

We collect the cake. Below we put one of the cakes. We spread the cream on top and the fruit on top (do not press down on the cake). Again cake and fruit. On top of the cake should be a cake with coconut flakes. Leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
