Dough:
Cream 200g
Sour cream 50g
Sugar 1 cup
Yolks 3 pcs
Plum oil. 40gr
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Raisins 100g+ 50g candied fruit
Salt 0.5 tsp
Dry yeast 2 tsp + water 50g.
Vanillin
Flour 3-4 cups
zest of 1 lemon
Dilute the yeast in warm water with the addition of 1 tsp of sugar, put in a warm place and let it rise. The yeast will be ready when the cap rises and begins to settle down.
By the way, the Easter holidays are just around the corner, and it goes without saying that it is worth doing something truly worthwhile and unusual. Whisk the egg yolks, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add warm cream and sour cream, sunflower oil.
Then pour in the yeast in a thin stream, constantly stirring and 1.5 cups of flour. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass without lumps.
You can knead the dough in a processor or bread machine.
Then add soft plums. oil, vanillin, zest, candied raisins.
Add enough flour so that the dough is not dense but does not stick to your hands.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and place in a warm place.
When the dough has doubled in size, you can cut it.
Bake 40-50 min. at a temperature of 200-20 min, and 180 20-30 min. Check the readiness of the torch.
