Cake Tenderness

Tenderness cakes are light and tasty pastries for evening tea drinking. Try to cook this wonderful pastry and you will be able to surprise your guests.

Ingredients :

For the test we need:

5 eggs

1 cup of sugar

1.5 cups flour

1 sachet of baking powder

Vanillin

For the syrup we need:

1 glass of warm water

50 glycer or cognac

4 tbsp sugar

For the cream we need:

Half a can of condensed milk

200 g butter

Let's start cooking:

Beat the eggs with a mixer for about 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat everything well with a mixer. Mix flour with baking powder. Add flour to mixture.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Line a baking dish with baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let crust cool.

Cut mugs from the cake with a glass. To prepare the syrup, mix all the ingredients well until the sugar dissolves.

Let's impregnate our round blanks. To do this, pour the syrup into a plate and soak the rounds like a sponge on both sides.

We spread the soaked blanks on kitchen napkins and let the excess syrup drain. After that, we glue the blanks in pairs with cream. For the cream, beat the ingredients with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. We coat the sides of the resulting pies with cream.

You can roll pies with crushed nuts.
