In Tibet, chamomile was used as an ingredient in a recipe for youth. This recipe is very simple, anyone can cook it at home:

- Immortelle - half a teaspoon.
- Birch buds - half a teaspoon.
- Boiling water - 0.5 l.
All this is infused for 3 hours, and drunk before going to bed with a teaspoon of honey. Such a simple recipe treats eyesight, obesity, removes toxins, and makes the joints flexible.
