For example, you can cook these chocolate pots, very similar to real flower pots. Your loved ones will be pleasantly surprised.

For two pots you will need:
For the chocolate "land":
• Anniversary cookies or other crumbly cookies - 100 grams,
• cocoa (powder) and coffee (whole grains) - 2 tablespoons each,
• hazelnut kernels - 3 tablespoons,
• flour - a tablespoon,
• butter - 80 grams.
For chocolate mousse:
• cream (fat - 35-38%) - 300 milliliters,
• hazelnut kernels (roasted) - 2 tablespoons,
• coffee liqueur - 50 milliliters,
• bitter chocolate - 80 grams,
• milk chocolate - 150 grams.
For "flowers" - watercress or mint.
Cooking:
1. For chocolate "land", grind cookies and nuts with a blender. Mix them with cocoa, flour and melted butter. Pour the resulting crumb in an even layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 180 ° C for a quarter of an hour, stirring occasionally.
2. Mash the baked crumb with a fork. Grind coffee beans in a coffee grinder into textured pieces and then add to the prepared crumbs.
3. For chocolate mousse, break both types of chocolate into pieces, combine them in one bowl, add coffee liqueur and a third of the cream to them. Put the bowl in a water bath and let the chocolate pieces melt.
4. Whip the rest of the cream into an airy mass. Add it to the slightly cooled chocolate mass. Combine everything with hazelnuts - the mousse is ready.
5. Divide the mousse between two glasses (or other molds). Sprinkle completely cooled chocolate chips on top of the mousse.
6. Decorate the chocolate pots with watercress or mint leaves, simulating green sprouts breaking through the "ground".
