Ingredients

For test:

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of fat sour cream
  • 8 chicken eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • one and a half cups of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons good cocoa
  • almost a teaspoon of soda (quench it with vinegar)
  • vanillin and nuts to taste (about half a glass of nuts, peeled).

For cream:

  • 500 grams of sour cream
  • half a glass of sugar (or more).

For glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar, cocoa, sour cream and butter.

Instructions:

First, beat the eggs with sugar, then add sour cream, butter, flour, soda and vanillin (to taste). If you add nuts, then chop them as finely as possible and peel them.
Divide the resulting mass into two parts. Add cocoa to one of them, and nuts to the second. Mix each one well to it turned out to be almost a homogeneous mass.

Put the dough in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Oven temperature 200 degrees. Check the dough for readiness with a match.

After the cakes are ready, carefully cut them in half lengthwise. Do it very carefully.

After you have dealt with the cakes, proceed to the preparation of the cream.
To do this, take sour cream and beat it with sugar. You can do this either manually or with a blender. When you have done this, spread the cakes with the finished cream, and do this in turn: chocolate nut, chocolate nut.

And the last is the preparation of the glaze. Mix sugar, cocoa and sour cream. Put this mass on a small small fire and gently cook for several minutes, stirring thoroughly. At the end, add the butter and stir everything together until one homogeneous consistency.

When you have prepared the icing, brush the top layer of the cake with sour cream as well, and then pour over it with the cooked icing. Be very careful, icing and cream need only be mixed a little with each other.

Put the prepared cake in the refrigerator so that it is better soaked. When serving it on the table, you can add anything to your taste. All this will take you a little less than an hour and a half.
