Ingredients
For the dough: sifted flour - 400 g vegetable oil - 150 g yolks - 3 pcs. milk - 100 ml sugar - 100 g yeast - 1 tsp water - 200 ml
salt
For the filling: cottage cheese (dry) - 400 gr vegetable oil - 100 gr egg yolks - 3 pcs. flour - 30-50 gr salt
sugar
1. Prepare the dough: Pour the yeast with warm water, stir well. Gradually add flour (to the consistency of dough for pancakes).
Put the dough in a warm place, let stand (10-20 minutes).
2. Prepare the dough: Pour the remaining flour into a bowl, add vegetable oil, egg yolks, slightly warm milk, salt, sugar. Pour in the ripened dough, knead the dough (it will turn out NOT cool). Cover with foil, put in a warm place for an hour.
(I usually heat the oven to 50 degrees and turn it off, put the dough in the oven. This way it rises much faster).
Preparing the filling: Cottage cheese, vegetable oil, yolks, salt, sugar, beat in a blender until a homogeneous and very tender mass.
Gradually add flour to the resulting mass so that the filling is not too liquid (but not steep).
We make cheesecakes: 1. Sprinkle the table with flour, spread the dough and form a long tourniquet out of it. We try to touch the dough as little as possible so that it does not settle.
We divide the flagellum into circles (a quarter less than a tennis ball), cover them with a film and let them walk for about 15 minutes.
2. Press the rolling pin into the center of the resulting ball.
We take a cheesecake and tear a hole in the center (it turns out something like a donut), put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. In the center of each "donut" we put a tablespoon of the filling. Grease the dough with an egg. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top.
4. Put the cheesecakes in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
We take out the cheesecakes, once again grease with an egg (this time the cottage cheese too), put it on a dish.
We offer you a recipe for delicious Dallas buns.
