Ingredients for delicious cheesecakes: For the dough: Flour 600 grams Egg 1 piece Milk 250 ml Sugar 2 tablespoons Butter 50 grams Salt 1/2 teaspoon Yeast 10 grams Filling: Cottage cheese 500 grams 2 yolks

Sugar 4 tablespoons

Sour cream 1 tablespoon

How to cook the most delicious cheesecakes: 1. Heat the milk. Add the yeast to the already warm milk and let it rise (5-10 minutes). 2. Sift flour on the table. Make a well in the flour and break the egg into it. Add sugar and melted butter there. 3. Pour a mixture of milk and yeast into the flour.

4. Mix everything well.

5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. 6. Put the dough in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave to rise for an hour and a half. 7. So, the dough has come up, knead it and cover it again with a towel. In the meantime, prepare the filling. 8. Beat cottage cheese with yolks using a mixer or blender. Add sugar and sour cream. 9. Divide the dough into small balls, and leave for a few minutes. 10. We stretch each ball into a neat cake with our hands. Dip the bottom of the glass in flour and squeeze out with the help of a glass in the middle of each cake a recess for the filling. 11. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the cakes, brushing them with a beaten egg. Start the resulting cheesecakes with cottage cheese. At the same time, the filling must be laid out in an even layer or leveled with a fork.

12. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, about 35-45 minutes.
