I'll start, perhaps, by telling you how pickled smelt is made. The recipe is very simple, but you need to do everything right to make it also tasty.
As for the ingredients, we need potatoes (1kg), carrots (4pcs), onions (2pcs), flour and vegetable oil. To prepare the marinade (1l), you need 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt and 5 tbsp. 9% vinegar, pepper, peas, bay leaf and cloves are added to taste.
Now let's talk about the cooking process:
- The fish must be washed, cleaned and cut off their head. Next, roll it in flour and fry on both sides. We put in a jar that is scalded with boiling water, onions, carrots and fish.
- Boil water with the addition of sugar, salt and vinegar. We pour the resulting composition into a jar and close the lid. After 24 hours, the smelt is ready to eat.
The second, no less tasty dish, in my opinion, is pork ribs in the oven. When cooked properly, they are simply delicious.
For cooking, we need the following ingredients: ribs, honey, ketchup, cherry juice, vegetable oil, garlic, vinegar, ground pepper and salt.
Now I will tell you how to cook them:
- You should cut the ribs into pieces and rinse;
- We mix ketchup, honey, juice, oil, garlic and vinegar in some container;
- We put the pork in a roasting pan and fill it with the resulting sauce. Salt and pepper;
- On the stove, stirring, cook for 20 minutes;
- We shift everything into an enamel bowl and close the marinating lid for 3 hours;
- Next, you need to spread the pieces on a baking sheet and bake until cooked. It is worth noting that periodically you need to lubricate the dish with marinade.

For cooking, we need products such as bananas, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, blackcurrants and yogurt.
To prepare it, you need to cut all the ingredients into small cubes, and cut the grapes in half. Next, mix everything in a glass bowl and add low-calorie yogurt.
