Bound tea is a tea consisting of tea leaves and flower petals, which are usually tied into a ball and tied with cotton thread. Once in the water, the ball "opens", imitating a blooming flower. As a rule, bound tea is made by hand and requires special skills.

For bound tea, petals of amaranth, chrysanthemum, jasmine, lily, hibiscus are often used. Bound teas are brewed in transparent containers to see the “opening” process.

Tea can be brewed 3 to 5 times, depending on the variety. Associated teas have a sweet, delicate aroma without any signs of bitterness.
