Tea is the leaves of a tea bush or tree processed in a special way, from which a drink with a peculiar aroma and astringent taste is prepared. It has a mild stimulating and tonic effect on the human body.
The southwestern provinces of China are considered to be the birthplace of tea. Later, tea began to be grown in India, Indonesia and Ceylon. But Chinese tea is beyond any competition. The Yuan Bao Hua Cai tea variety is one of such compositions. This tea is created in a special way: young tea leaves, tea buds and flowers of chrysanthemum, jasmine and lotus are neatly folded and tied into bunches. When brewed, the green ball opens and becomes like a marigold flower. Bound teas are unique, they are the pride of the Chinese people.
For their finest tea, they harvest the tenderest, youngest first two leaves and buds of the tea leaf, never mixing them with mature leaves. The most gentle technology is used to dry the leaves, which is why Chinese tea is so famous for its delicate aroma of freshness. It is not surprising that Chinese tea, as well as the culture of its use, is so widespread all over the world.
Any tea is always a pleasure and a good dig. And if you want to drink more tea, then you should definitely strive to drink it from your favorite dishes. In China, drinking tea is also a kind of ritual.
