Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth, pour into a bottle and close. Store in a cool place.

7. Pancakes "Green".

Take:

  • - onion greens (2 bunches);
  • - boiled egg;
  • - raw egg (2 pieces);
  • - cheese (150 grams);
  • - flour;
  • - salt.

How to cook?
Finely chop the onion. Crush him with a crush. The greens should release juice. Add a boiled egg and cheese, which must first be grated. Beat in raw eggs, mix. Add flour and salt. Fry the pancakes on a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.

8. Basil tea
