Ingredients: 200g oil plum 2st. flour 3 yolks
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 glass of berries
Chop the butter with flour so that the dough is crumbly. Beat the yolks with sugar and mix with the dough. Put the dough straight into a lump in a mold and smooth it with your hands, forming "sides". Prick with a fork and bake.
You can use any berries, but fresh ones are better (so the dough will not be very wet from canned juice) I have canned blueberries in my own juice here and it turned out quite juicy, but not for everyone.
Chilled squirrels (we have three left from the yolks) beat like meringue.
The dough is baked. Without removing the berries from the mold, put the berries on the dough and sprinkle with two tablespoons of granulated sugar (if the berry is initially sweet, then the amount changes), put “snow” on top - squirrels. And we put everything in the oven until browning the top of the proteins. Then take it out of the mold
