Dear site visitors. I suggest you cook a delicious sour cream according to a very simple recipe from available products that you can buy at any store. The cake turns out tender and fluffy with a slight sourness in the cream.
So, the ingredients for the dough:
Butter - 100g
Condensed milk - 1 can
Eggs - 2 pcs
Flour - 9 tablespoons
Baked soda - 1 teaspoon
Cocoa - 1 tablespoon
Cream Ingredients:
Sour cream 20-25% - 700-800 g
Sugar -100 g
Let's start preparing the dough:
First, mix the softened butter with two eggs. Whisk the resulting mixture. Gradually pour in the condensed milk in a thin stream. We beat everything. Extinguish soda with vinegar. Add to dough. We continue to beat with a mixer. Add flour to the dough. Mix with a spoon. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Add cocoa to one of the parts. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour one part of the dough into a mold (I have a mold diameter of 24 cm). Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. We check the readiness of the dough with a wooden stick.

Preparing the cream:
Combine sour cream and sugar in a bowl. We beat well.
Remove the finished cakes from the oven. Carefully trim a little from the sides. Set aside the cut off (we will need it). Each cake, except for the bottom one, is slightly pierced with a fork in several places. We collect the cake. Cut the cakes into 2 parts (in half in thickness). Alternate dark cake with light. We coat each cake well with cream. After the cake is assembled, coat the sides and top of the cake with cream. Break the cut-off remains of cakes with your hands into crumbs. Sprinkle the cake well.
