Jelly raspberry cake

Ingredients:

300 grams of raspberries (you can also use other berries - to your taste),

several types of multi-colored jelly,

3 tablespoons of sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

600 ml milk

50 grams of gelatin.

1 sachet of coconut

Cooking method:

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package and pour into different dishes. Put in refrigerator. Put gelatin in a pan, pour in a little milk, put on fire and, stirring, let the gelatin disperse without boiling. After pour the rest of the milk, add sugar and bring to a boil. Cool the resulting milk jelly. Frozen multi-colored jelly cut into cubes, mix all the colors together and put in a mold. Pour milk jelly on top. Put it back in the refrigerator for a few hours. Sprinkle with shredded coconut when serving and garnish with raspberries.
