Ingredients
For the base: 100 g butter 200 g flour a pinch of sugar 5 tbsp cold water
For filling:
sour cream or cream >20% (both are possible) 300 g sugar 50 g each 1 tbsp flour and starch 2 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp cinnamon a bag of vanillin
cherries b/pitted
We make the base from chopped dough. Chop flour and butter into crumbs, add sugar, then water and knead the dough. We spread the dough with sides, prick with a fork and refrigerate for half an hour. Then in the oven 200 gr for 20 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the filling (except for the berries) until smooth.
We spread the berries on a semi-finished base, then pour the sour cream mixture. We put in the oven 180 gr for 30 minutes. Eat completely chilled.
