Sorbet is a sweet dish consisting of fruits, berries, sugar syrup and ice. The sorbet recipe came to us from Asian countries. We know the cooking method already adapted by Europeans. This dessert is mentioned in the fairy tale "A Thousand and One Nights", where the Sultan's concubines enjoyed lemon sorbet with rose water.
It is best to make sorbet from fresh fruit, and ice from mineral water with a neutral taste. In this case, the dish will not lose its shape and will not fall apart.

Making orange sorbet
For this we need:
1 kg of oranges.
Sugar - to taste.
Peel oranges from peel and film. We place 0.5 kg of oranges in a blender and prepare a homogeneous puree without lumps. Squeeze the juice from the remaining oranges. Add the juice to the blender to the orange puree and add sugar to taste with spoons. Pour the resulting puree mass into a mold and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. After 12 hours, take it out of the refrigerator and put it back in the blender. Whisk well until frothy. Pour into the form. We put the sorbet in the refrigerator for another 4 hours. Put the finished sorbet into cups or bowls. Bon appetit.
You can use another way to design orange sorbet. To do this, for large oranges, you need to cut off the top to get something like a creamer. Take out the pulp with a spoon. And after preparing the sorbet, put our orange sorbet in these prepared "bowls".
